Traffic is also being disrupted due to waterlogging in cities and villages due to rain. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Not only this, yellow and red alerts have also been issued in many places.
Red alert issued for these districts
The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut and Bijnor. A period of thunderstorms and storms can also be seen here. IMD has predicted heavy rains with thunderstorms in Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly and Pilibhit. A red alert has also been issued in Shahjahanpur, Sambhal and Badaun. People have been asked not to go out.

According to IMD, a warning of heavy rains has been issued in Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur and Hardoi. Apart from these, heavy rains have been predicted in Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Barabanki, Baghpat and Hapur. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains with thunderstorms in Bulandshahr, Kasganj, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Fatehpur and Pratapgarh.
A warning of heavy rains has been issued in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Gonda and Balrampur. Heavy rains may occur in Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur Nagar, Unnao, Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, and Aligarh. Heavy rains are expected in Hathras, Etah, Mainpuri, Etawah and Auraiya.

The Meteorological Department may receive rain in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Pratapgarh, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur and Chandauli. Heavy rains are also expected in Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Basti, Siddharth Nagar, Gonda and Balrampur.
