Step by step process
Only those people will get the benefit of this scheme whose UAN number is generated under EPF. Therefore, UAN number will be required to apply for it.
For this, first of all you will have to generate your UAN number.
Money deducted under EPF should be done with face authentication.
Who will get the benefit?
Such youth who join a new job between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2027.
PF is deducted from their salary every month. This means that youth who are doing internship will not get the benefit of this.
EPFO money should be deducted from salary in August or after.
How will you get benefit?
Under this scheme, Rs 15 thousand will be given in two installments.
The first installment will be received 6 months after starting the job.
And the second installment will be given after 12 months.
Under this scheme, not only the youth but also the companies will get benefits.
What benefits will the companies get?
Companies which are registered under EPFO and provide employment to youth will get the benefit. But the company will have to fulfill some conditions.
For example, if the staff is less than 50, then 2 people will have to be hired.
If the staff is more than 50, then at least 5 people will have to be hired.
Now if we talk about money, the company can get up to Rs 3000 for each young employee. This amount depends on the salary. This money will be given to the company at intervals of 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
