Know what is PM Vikas Bharat Rojgar Yojana is
For information, let us tell you that PM Vikas Bharat Rojgar is such a scheme, under which the government will give a help of 15 thousand rupees to the youth working in the private sector for the first time. This amount will be provided in two installments. The first installment will be provided after 6 months of the job, and the second installment will be provided after 12 months of the job. With this, companies will give jobs to new youth. The government will provide subsidies and incentives to the companies.
Which youth will get the benefit?
According to the information, the youth will have their first private job. Along with this, any employee who will be registered with the EPFO. At the same time, the employees whose monthly salary will be less than 1 lakh rupees. Along with this, the employee has worked for at least 6 months.
At the same time, the government has kept a condition that any youth who leaves the job 6 months ago will not be given the amount of 15 thousand rupees. But those who fulfill the conditions of the scheme will be provided the benefit of 15 thousand rupees.

How much will the companies benefit?
Under this scheme, not only will the youth get the benefit. But the companies providing jobs will also get help. Especially the companies in the manufacturing sector will be provided a subsidy of Rs 3 thousand per employee. This subsidy will be given for two years. If the company is working in the manufacturing sector and the employee works for a long time, then this help can also be given till the third and fourth year.
