Skill India Mission 2025: The Government of India started the Skill India Mission to help the youth of the country get employment. Under this scheme, the youth of the country are given industry-related skill training, so that they can start their employment. Many youths in the country are getting help from this initiative.

Skill India Mission was started in the year 2015. Under this scheme, a target was set to provide skill-based training to about 24 lakh youth of the country. Under this, training is given to the youth who are less educated or who leave school between 10th-12th.
Skill India Mission 2025
Under the Skill India Mission, youth are linked to the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, and they do not have to pay any kind of fee. Youth can register for a three-month, six-month, or one-year course. After completing the course, the youth are given a certificate. This certificate is valid all over the country. Through this, it helps in getting jobs across the country. Through this scheme, the skills of the youth are enhanced so that they can get a good job.
What things are trained
Under the Skill India Mission, youth are given training in about 40 technical fields like construction, electronics and hardware, furniture and fitting, handicraft, and leather technology. So that they can start their employment.
It is also called the National Skill Development Mission. The objective of this scheme is to provide employment to the youth as well as make them capable so that they can generate employment for others themselves. Through the Skill Development Scheme, the government aims to make more than one crore people self-reliant by giving them skill training every five years.

After this, you have to select the area in which you want to receive training
