Weather Alert: The weather is now terrible, due to which it is raining everywhere. The country’s capital, Delhi,  and other places have seen decent rain in two days, due to which the temperature level has dropped significantly. Due to continuous rain, the roads got waterlogged, in pedestrians are facing problems.

It has been raining throughout the night in many parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. While the rain brought relief to the people, on the other hand, work also came to a standstill. Clouds are still camped in most areas of western UP and Uttarakhand. The situation has worsened due to rain in the northeastern states. Heavy rain alert in Delhi NCR and UP

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Delhi with cloudy weather in the next few hours. IMD has issued an alert of heavy rain in Anand Vihar, southern areas, Pitampura, Laxmi Nagar, and Rohini. Apart from these, normal rain is expected in North Delhi. An alert has been issued for heavy rain with thunderstorms in many areas of Uttar Pradesh.

An alert has been issued for rain with thunderstorms in Jhansi, Lilatpur, Agra, Jalaun and Mahoba. An alert has been issued for heavy rain in Hamirpur, Bareilly, Banda, Aligarh and Hardoi. Heavy rain is expected in Bareilly, Kanpur, Chitrakoot, Unnao and Kannauj. There is also a possibility of rain in Kanpur Dehat, Fatehpur and Bijnor.

According to the Meteorological Department, a warning has been issued for heavy rain with thunderstorms in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. A rain alert has also been issued in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Rajasthan. Heavy rain may occur in many parts of Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. There is also a possibility of rain in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

Rain in northeastern states, too

IMD has issued a rain alert in different places in all the northeastern states. There may be rain in Sikkim, Manipur and Puducherry. There is a possibility of heavy rain with lightning in Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura. People here have also been asked to be cautious.
