Iran-Israel War: The conflict between Israel and Iran is increasing instead of decreasing. Both countries are targeting each other and engaging in attacks. Iran has suffered a lot from Israeli attacks. People are also fleeing from the capital, Tehran. On the other hand, the Indian government has also called back 110 students trapped in Iran in the tense atmosphere.
All the students reached Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport by flight. All the students were brought to Delhi via Armenia and Doha. The flight arrived three hours late. The Indian government is committed to evacuating all the remaining citizens from Iran. Operation Sindhu has been launched to ensure a safe return. Right now, no path to peace is visible between Iran and Israel.
Most of the students are from Jammu and Kashmir.
Deteriorating situation. The Indian government has called back 110 students trapped in Iran under Operation Sindhu. The students reached Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Most of these students are reportedly from Kashmir. All these students had come to study at Urmia Medical University.
The students took off for Delhi late in the evening via Armenia and Doha airports. Their flight arrived in Delhi after a three-hour delay. After this, all the students left for their homes. Earlier, the Indian Embassy in Iran brought all the students to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, by road. They then travelled to Delhi by road. This is the first phase of Operation Sindhu, a government initiative, in which 110 students have been brought to Delhi.
A special flight
All 110 students departed on a special flight at 2:55 pm on Wednesday and arrived in New Delhi on Thursday morning. India has thanked the governments of Iran and Armenia for their cooperation in the Operation Sindhu campaign. Both of these countries have contributed to making the rescue operation easier.

The Indian Embassy in Iran has issued a helpline number for its citizens and appealed to them to keep in touch. There is considerable tension in both countries at present. Israel seems to be destroying Tehran by continuously attacking it. In response to this, attacks are also being carried out from Iran’s side.
