Wash the eyes with clean water

If colour gets into the eyes, first of all we should wash it thoroughly with cold water. For this, close the eyes repeatedly and put water in the eyes. Keep in mind that water should not fall directly into the eyes. For this, wash the eyes gently.

Use eye medicine

If colour gets into the eyes and there is irritation in the eyes, then use the eye drops prescribed by the doctor. Put it in the eyes three to four times. This gives relief from eye irritation.

Contact the doctor

If you start seeing severe pain, blurriness and redness in the eyes, then contact the doctor as soon as possible. Eyes can be damaged due to chemical colours, so do not be careless.

What not to do if color gets into eyes

If colour gets into eyes, do not rub them as this can make the colour go inside the eyes i.e. it can go deep inside and irritation in the eyes can increase. For this, wash the eyes with cold water as much as possible.

* Use chemical colours as little as possible on Holi.

* Do not use soap, shampoo or any other chemical to clean the eyes.

* If irritation and pain in the eyes increases, consult a doctor as soon as possible.

* If colour gets into the eyes, do not touch the eyes with dirty hands.

* Do not use eye lenses while playing Holi.
