Vivo V80: Vivo is gearing up to launch a new smartphone, the Vivo V80, in India. The company has announced that the launch will take place on October 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM. As part of Vivo’s V-series, this new smartphone will feature several upgrades, including improvements to the camera, display, and battery.
The Vivo V80 will come equipped with a 7,200mAh battery and a 50MP ZEISS camera. Sales will be conducted via Amazon India, where a dedicated page has already been set up to share details about the upcoming handset. It will be available in three colour options. The price of the Vivo V80 has also surfaced ahead of the launch.

Tipster Ahsan Kharbai (@AHSANKHARBAI) claims that the MRP for the Vivo V80 (8GB + 128GB variant) will be ₹119,999. However, the MRP printed on the box is typically higher than the actual selling price; the tipster suggests the phone will launch at a price point above ₹60,000. The tipster also indicated that the Vivo V80 might be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

Vivo has confirmed that the V80 will feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will run on OriginOS 7, based on Android 17. It will sport a one-piece cold-carved glass design along with a floating camera module. For photography, the Vivo V80 will feature a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS and a 50-megapixel night telephoto camera. Additionally, selfie enthusiasts will get a 50-megapixel group selfie camera, all tuned by Zeiss. The camera setup supports 3x optical zoom, up to 100x zoom, 4K cinematic video, and 4K 60fps recording.
