Motorola Edge 50 Fusion : Smartphone manufacturer Motorola is ready to launch a new phone, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, in India for its Indian customers. Motorola has revealed the launch date through an ex-post on Wednesday (May 8).
The Motorola phone was launched in select markets, including Europe, in April. The phone was launched with the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra and the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion can be provided with a 144Hz refresh rate display, an IP68-rated build, a 50-megapixel primary camera, and 68W fast charging support.
Motorola Edge 50 Fusion launch date
The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion smartphone will be launched in India on May 16. The launch event is scheduled to take place at noon. A dedicated page has been created on Flipkart for the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion.
The design and specifications of the handset have been revealed on the microsite. The phone will be offered in three colour options, which can include Marshmallow Blue, Forest Blue, and Hot Pink.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion smartphone has a 6.7-inch FHD+ pOLED display, which has a 144Hz refresh rate. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC chip has been provided as the processor in the smartphone.
The smartphone will come with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of onboard storage. The smartphone has a 50MP OIS-enabled main camera for photography. Whereas, a 13MP ultra-wide camera has been provided. Whereas, a 32MP front camera has been provided for selfies and video calling.
The smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery with 68W TurboPower fast charging support. It runs on Android 14-based HelloUI out of the box. You also get an in-display fingerprint sensor, NFC, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and more.
Motorola has not yet revealed the price of the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion. However, the phone was launched in Europe with a starting price of EUR 399 (approximately Rs 35,900).
