Hyundai Alcazar facelift: Hyundai Motor Company’s Alcazar facelift will be delayed in its launch in the Indian market. This car will hit the market during the festive season between September-October this year.

Earlier it was reported that Hyundai Alcazar facelift will be launched by June.

One reason behind this delay is that the dealers have a lot of stock of its existing model, to clear which the company is delaying in bringing it

It will have many features like the new Creta

The upcoming Alcazar will get an update in line with the new Hyundai Creta, which is expected to get an all-new front grille and bumper along with a split headlamp setup.

Apart from this, wraparound style and connected tail lamps will also be available in the tailgate of the latest car. A new dashboard like the Creta facelift and a new connected-screen layout can be found inside the vehicle.

It will come in both 6 and 7-seater configurations and will be equipped with ADAS suite for passenger safety

Powertrain options will be similar to the existing model

The updated Alcazar will get the same 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160hp) and 1.5-litre diesel engine (116hp) as the current model.

Both will be paired with manual and automatic gearboxes for transmission. A slight increase in the price of Alcazar facelift is expected.

At present, the price of the current model of this vehicle starts from Rs 16.77 lakh and goes up to Rs 21.28 lakh (prices, ex-showroom). It will compete with Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700 and MG Hector Plus.
