The IMD forecasts a two-day window of similar weather for Delhi, followed by a potential three-day spell of rain and cold winds. The downpours are expected to peak on February 20th, bringing a significant drop in temperatures and reminding everyone that winter isn’t quite done yet.
How will the weather be in Bihar?
The rain clouds aren’t just hovering over Delhi. An alert has been issued for 25 districts in Bihar, where rain is likely to arrive on February 21st and 22nd. This could bring renewed winter woes to the region.

The IMD predicts rain with thunder and lightning across the Western Himalayan region, encompassing Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, between February 17th and 22nd. These states might also witness snowfall during this period.
Heavy Rain Warnings Issued
Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand should brace for heavy rain on February 18th and 20th, while Uttarakhand might see similar intensity on February 20th. Additionally, light rain is forecast for Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, North Madhya Pradesh, and North Rajasthan between February 19th and 21st.
