Eligibility Criteria

For Students:
1. Students must belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
2. There is no income ceiling for student applicants.
3. Students aiming for exams like NEET, JEE, and GUJCET should have secured 70% or more marks in Std. 10 and be enrolled in Std. 12 (Science stream).

For Institutes:
1. Institutes must have a minimum of three years of operational experience.
2. Possession of a GST number/PAN card is mandatory.
3. Biometric (fingerprint) machines for student attendance are required.
4. Faculty teaching NEET and JEE subjects should hold an M.Sc. in the respective field.
5. Institutes must be registered under any of the following Acts:
– Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950
– Companies Act, 1956
– Shop and Establishment Act, 1948 (also known as Shops and Establishments Act, 1948

Application Process

Offline:
1. Visit the nearest Office of Deputy Director, Office of Scheduled Caste Welfare to collect or download the application form.
2. Fill in all required fields, attach necessary documents, and affix a passport-sized photograph.
3. Submit the completed application form to the designated office.
4. Upon successful verification, the student becomes eligible for scheme benefits, with the assistance amount directly credited to their bank account via DBT.
