Haryana Doubled Railway Lines: Information about 14 railway projects of Haryana has been given in the Union Railway Budget, let us tell you that some railway lines are being doubled. At present, the doubling of Bhiwani-Dabwali railway line has started, the doubling work of Narnaul Khatuwas railway line is also almost half completed, work on some lines is still being done.

Doubling of these railway lines will improve train operations, the new rail project is also going to accelerate the industrial and economic development of Haryana. State-of-the-art facilities will also be included at the stations, due to which passengers are going to experience better facilities than before. Giving information, it was told that the Rohtak-Panipat railway line is to be doubled at a cost of Rs 714 crore.

Doubling work of these lines continues

Along with this, Firozpur-Bathinda-Jakhal Hisar and Asthal Bohar to Rewari railway line will also be doubled. The cost of laying the 32 km long railway track between Manheru and Bawani Khera is going to be around Rs 413 crores, a 104 km long railway line will also be built from Delhi to Sohna- Nuhu- Firozpur Jhirka – Alwar, the new railway line will run from Hisar to Sirsa. A new railway track will be built between Meerut and Panipat, Rs 1540 crores will be spent on building a new 28 km railway track between Chandigarh and Baddi.

1. Doubling of Railway Lines

Bhiwani-Dabwali: The doubling work has already started, which will improve train operations on this route.

Narnaul Khatuwas: The doubling work is nearly 50% complete, enhancing connectivity in the region.

Rohtak-Panipat: The railway line between Rohtak and Panipat is being doubled at a cost of Rs 714 crore.

Firozpur-Bathinda-Jakhal Hisar: Doubling of this railway line is underway, which will facilitate smoother train services.

Asthal Bohar to Rewari: This line is also being doubled as part of ongoing railway developments.

2. New Railway Projects

Manheru to Bawani Khera: A 32 km railway line is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 413 crore, aiming to connect these two locations more efficiently.

Delhi to Sohna-Nuhu-Firozpur Jhirka-Alwar: A 104 km railway track will be laid to improve the connectivity between Delhi and these regions.

Hisar to Sirsa: A new railway line will be built connecting Hisar and Sirsa, further improving Haryana’s railway network.

Meerut to Panipat: A new railway track will be established to strengthen the regional transport infrastructure.

Chandigarh to Baddi: A new 28 km railway track will be laid at a cost of Rs 1540 crore, linking Chandigarh and Baddi, which is expected to boost industrial development.
