He informed that the master plan prepared by Haryana Police Housing Corporation Limited for the construction of the police line has been approved by the state government. The construction work of the police line will be started in the current financial year itself.

Construction of 341 houses with modern facilities

Krishna Bedi said that 5 houses will be built for gazetted officers and 341 houses for other officers in the police line. He said that after the construction of the police line is completed, the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police and other officers will stay in Hansi itself. Police employees and officers will get the facility to stay in Hansi itself. Employees whose homes are far away will get the biggest benefit of the construction of residential houses.

Krishna Bedi’s statement highlights an important development for the police force in the region. The construction of 5 houses for gazetted officers and 341 houses for other officers in the police line will significantly improve living conditions for the officers. Once the police line is completed, officers such as the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police, and other key personnel will be able to stay in Hansi itself, which could make it easier to manage local law enforcement activities.

For police employees whose homes are far away, this new housing facility will be especially beneficial. It will not only provide convenience but also help improve their work-life balance by reducing travel time. Having such accommodations will likely boost morale and contribute to better efficiency in carrying out their duties. This initiative seems to be a step forward in ensuring the welfare of police personnel while enhancing their accessibility for service.
