Haryana Government Employee: Representatives of urban local bodies were sworn in on Tuesday in Panchkula, Haryana, and many important announcements were made on this occasion. Chief Minister Saini released an amount of Rs 587 crore for the bodies, which will further accelerate the development of these areas. Also, e-Samadhaan App, Urban Connect App and new websites were also launched to improve urban services.

Apart from this, Urban Local Bodies Minister Vipul Goyal announced an increase in the honorarium of Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Councilors. Now the honorarium of the Mayor will be Rs 30,000, while the Senior Deputy Mayor will get Rs 25,000, Deputy Mayor will get Rs 20,000, Nagar Parishad Pradhan will get Rs 18,000, Nagar Palika Pradhan will get Rs 15,000 and Deputy Pradhan will get Rs 12,000 monthly honorarium.
Earlier these honorariums were as follows: Mayor used to get Rs 20,500, Senior Deputy Mayor got Rs 16,500, Deputy Mayor got Rs 13,000, and councilors got Rs 10,500 monthly honorarium. Now this increase will give importance to these posts and motivate them to work.
In Panchkula, Haryana, on Tuesday, mayors of 10 municipal corporations, heads of 28 municipal councils and councilors of 687 wards were sworn in. During this, CM Saini also released an amount of Rs 587 crore for the bodies. Also, to make the services of the municipality more smooth, e-Samadhaan App, Urban Connect App and websites related to the bodies were launched.
At the same time, Urban Local Bodies Minister Vipul Goyal announced to increase the honorarium of the mayor. He told that CM Naib Singh Saini has increased the honorarium of the mayor to Rs 30 thousand. The senior deputy mayor will now get Rs 25 thousand, while the honorarium of the deputy mayor will be Rs 20 thousand. Similarly, the head of Nagar Parishad will get 18 thousand rupees, the head of Nagar Palika will get 15 thousand rupees and the deputy head will get 12 thousand rupees monthly honorarium. The honorarium of councilors has also been increased.

Earlier the mayor used to get 20,500 rupees monthly honorarium. Similarly, the senior deputy mayor used to get 16,500 rupees, deputy mayor used to get 13,000 rupees and councilors used to get 10,500 rupees honorarium.
