Haryana family ID: The Haryana government has changed the rules of the Family Identity Card (PPP). This step has been taken to bring transparency in the administrative and scheme operations of the state. Now the family identity card will be available only to those families who live in the state.
If a family moves out or a member dies, the PPP will be canceled. This will ensure that only the data of families who are genuine and currently living in the state is used.

Also, sharing of PPP data with private or non-governmental agencies has also been banned, so that the security of the data is maintained. Apart from this, if the head of the family requests to exclude a member from the PPP, then the data of that member will also be canceled.
The responsibility of verifying
The responsibility of verifying the caste of any member of the family registered in the PPP will be of the Patwari and Kanungo. The family information data will be sent for verification to the Patwari in whose jurisdiction the family resides, without giving information about the caste shown by the members of the concerned family in the database.
It seems that new regulations have been put in place to ensure the security and integrity of Personal and Public Partnership (PPP) data. By banning the sharing of this data with private or non-governmental agencies, the aim is to protect the privacy of individuals. Additionally, if a head of the family requests the exclusion of a family member from the PPP, the data associated with that member will be removed.
In terms of verifying the caste of a family member registered in the PPP, this responsibility now falls to the local Patwari and Kanungo. These officials will handle the verification process without access to the caste information stored in the database, which helps ensure fairness and prevent any biases during the verification.
