Education Qualification
Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist Worker/Community Worker: Candidates applying for these posts should be graduates and should have 3 years of work experience and the applicant should have a 3-month training letter in de-addiction counseling from NISD and the candidate should have knowledge of regional language in English.

Peer Educator: Applicants should be literate and ex-drug users with 1-2 years of abstinence.

Nurse/Ward Boy: ANM certificate and trained by recognized government medical institution. For ward boy, class VIII pass should preferably have experience in such centers. Ward boy appointed in IRCA must be trained by NISD.

Accountant cum Clerk: Graduate with knowledge of accounts and working knowledge of computer.

Project Coordinator: Graduate with 3 years experience in related field and working knowledge of computer.
