During the survey, commercial activities were found in many houses. In some houses, the rooms have been illegally constructed in the stilt parking, while the other has additional floors. Apart from this, toilets and stores have also been constructed illegally in some houses.
The DTPE office has
The DTPE office has issued show cause notices against these houses. In this phase, there are about 300 such houses from DLF Phase 1 to 5 which have been issued and a restoration order has been issued. Under the restoration order, a week’s deferment is given, in which the landlords have to correct their construction according to the possession certificate.
If the landlord does
If the landlord does not respond after this order, then these houses can be cut off drinking water and sewer connections. Preparations are being made to stop the purchase and sale of these houses by writing a letter to seven tehsildars. The Tehsildar will have to put these houses in a red entry in the registry software, so that no one can get information about the situation on applying for the registry.
The DTPE office will be canceled this week in this week. This certificate is provided by the DTP Planning Office. These certificates will be canceled by writing a letter, so that action can be taken on illegal constructions. Following the order of the Village Planning Department, the connections of 50 houses were cut in DLF Phase-5 on 8 January.
