Aaron George, who came in at number three, scored 69 runs in 73 balls and Vihaan Malhotra scored 69 runs in 55 balls. After Vaibhav’s dismissal, the slowing down run rate was taken care of by Abhigyan Kundu and Kanishk Chauhan.
There was a quick partnership between the two. Wicketkeeper Abhigyan scored unbeaten 32 runs in 17 balls and Kanishk Chauhan contributed 28 runs in 12 balls. Before this, captain Ayush Mhatre was out after scoring only four runs in 11 balls.
