Ishan Kishan set to make a comeback

The Indian team has been announced for the two-Test series against South Africa, starting November 14th. Along with this squad, the selectors have also announced the India A squad. India A and South Africa A will play three unofficial ODIs starting November 13th. Ishan Kishan has also been included in the India A squad for this series.

Ishan Kishan has been out of the Indian team for a long time. This presents an opportunity for him to prove himself and secure a place in the main squad for India A. Kishan last played for Team India two years ago. He has been consistently performing well in domestic cricket to secure a return to Team India. Therefore, it is expected that he will seize the opportunity for India A. Tilak Varma has been named captain for the three-match ODI series against South Africa A. Ruturaj Gaikwad has been named vice-captain. Veterans Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have not been included in this squad.
