Saiteja scored an unbeaten 137 off 149 balls, while Milind scored an unbeaten 123 off 125. During this innings, Milind holds the record for the fastest and joint third-fastest to 1,000 runs for the United States in ODIs.

In reply, the UAE were all out for 49 in 22.1 overs. This is the UAE’s lowest total in this format. Apart from Junaid Siddiqui (10), who came in to bat at number 10, no other UAE player reached double figures.
