Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, mix maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt, and yogurt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 1 hour, covered.

Step 2: Sauté the Veggies

Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Add salt, chili flakes, and oregano. Set aside.

Step 3: Make the Pizza Sauce
