Ration Card Complaint: The Central and State governments are jointly implementing the PM Garib Kalyan Yojana to improve the financial well-being of the people. Under this scheme, economically disadvantaged individuals who are unable to support their families are provided with free rations through ration cards. The government is extending this facility to every corner of the country. However, despite these benefits, people also face various issues with the ration supply. To address these concerns, the Department of Food and Public Distribution is offering a special facility.
According to the Department of Food and Public Distribution, if you are not receiving your ration, if the quantity is insufficient, or if you are facing harassment from the ration dealer, the issue can be resolved quickly. Ration cardholders no longer need to make rounds of government offices to lodge a complaint; they can now report their issues from the comfort of their homes via WhatsApp or phone.
