Those purchasing general tickets will no longer need to stand in crowded queues. You can book your general ticket from the comfort of your home, whereas previously you had to queue at the counter. You will have the ticket in hand before reaching the station and can proceed directly to board the train, thereby saving time. Moreover, this ticket will be entirely digital, eliminating the risk of misplacing it.
