PMVVY: The Indian government is implementing the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana (PMVVY) to support traditional artisans and craftsmen financially. This initiative has gained popularity nationwide. In the initial phase, loans of up to Rs 1 lakh are available, with an additional loan of up to Rs 2 lakh in the second phase, carrying only a 5 percent interest rate for beneficiaries.

Participants are offered both basic and advanced training, along with financial aid for toolkit purchases. What benefits are available under the scheme?
First of all, the beneficiaries are given a few days of advanced training.
A daily stipend of Rs 500 is given till the training is completed.
A separate amount of Rs 15,000 is given to purchase the toolkit.
Loan facility at affordable interest rate to start your business
The first loan of Rs 1 lakh is available for 18 months.
Then a separate loan of Rs 2 lakh can be taken for 30 months.
