The responsibility for generating these IDs was assigned to the Revenue and Agriculture Departments. However, the government has not yet made an official announcement regarding the date for the 24th installment. While there is speculation among farmers that the installment might be released around October 20, this cannot yet be considered a confirmed date.
According to the scheme’s rules, installments are released every four months. Consequently, the 24th installment of the Kisan Samman Nidhi is likely to be released in October. A recent post by the Ministry of Agriculture on the social media platform ‘X’ has raised farmers’ expectations. The Ministry clarified that installment payments could be withheld if eKYC, Aadhaar seeding, and land seeding requirements remain incomplete. How to update eKYC
Online method: You can complete eKYC for free using the Aadhaar-OTP-based option on the PM Kisan portal (pmkisan.gov.in).
Offline method: If your mobile number is not linked to Aadhaar, you can complete the eKYC process via biometric verification at the nearest Common Service Center (CSC).

How to get your bank account Aadhaar-seeded
PM Kisan Nidhi funds are transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account via DBT. Simply having a standard bank account is not enough; the account must be linked to Aadhaar (Aadhaar-seeded). For this, it is essential that the bank account is ‘Aadhaar-seeded’ with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) server. Farmers can visit their bank branches to verify whether their accounts are Aadhaar-seeded for DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
Will the money be credited to accounts on October 20?
While there is indeed talk among farmers regarding the date of October 20, it cannot currently be termed an official government date. The situation will become clear only after the Ministry of Agriculture officially announces the release date for the 24th installment.

Who is eligible for the benefits of the PM Kisan scheme?
