The minimum salary of Level 1 employees is Rs 18,000. It is expected that the fitment factor can also be kept at 1.92.
If the fitment factor is kept at 1.92, then the salary will increase to Rs 34,560.
The minimum salary of level 2 employees is Rs 19,900, which can increase to Rs 38,208.
