8th Pay Commission – Will Salary Increase to Rs 34,560 for Level 1 Employees?

8th Pay Commission: After the approval of the 8th Pay Commission from the Central Government, the central employees and pensioners are waiting for its formation. The question arising in the minds of employees and pensioners is when will the 8th Pay Commission take place, will it be implemented from January 1, 2026 or will there be some delay. Please note that the government approved the 8th Pay Commission in January 2025; however, it has not yet been formed. It is believed that the government will constitute a new pay commission by the end of July. This can lead to a significant increase in employee salaries.
