New Delhi-Danapur Special Train: With the festive season approaching, people are looking for train options to travel home comfortably and quickly. In response, Indian Railways has shared some exciting news. To manage the rush during Diwali and Chhath Puja, Indian Railways is operating special trains. Aiming to provide excellent service to passengers, North Central Railway has announced a special train between New Delhi and Danapur. This train will run via the Kanpur, Prayagraj, Buxar, and Ara route. Let’s look at the details.
AC Coaches to be Included in Special Trains
North Central Railway has informed us that this special train between New Delhi and Danapur will operate via the Govindpuri (Kanpur), Prayagraj, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Buxar, and Ara route. The train will consist of a total of 19 coaches, including 10 AC 3-tier coaches, 3 general class coaches, 1 SLR coach, and 4 sleeper class coaches.
Train Timetable
The train running from New Delhi to Danapur is numbered 04090. The New Delhi-Danapur Special will depart every Friday at 23:30 from October 2 to November 20 and arrive in Danapur at 15:00 the following day. For the return journey, the train from Danapur to New Delhi is numbered 04089. It will depart from Danapur for New Delhi every Saturday at 16:40 from October 3 to November 21 and arrive in New Delhi at 09:45 the next morning.
Stops for the New Delhi-Danapur Special Train
This train will operate between New Delhi and Danapur from October 2 to November 21. It will run once a week, completing a total of 8 trips in each direction. North Central Railway informed us that, during its journey, this special train will halt at Delhi Junction, Ghaziabad, Chipiyana Buzurg, Aligarh, Tundla, Govindpuri (Kanpur), Prayagraj, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Buxar, and Ara railway stations in both directions.
