Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition: The Mahindra Bolero has always been a popular choice, and the company has now introduced a new variant: the Bolero Bold Edition. It features several updates, ranging from its exterior appearance to the cabin. Additions include bronze-coloured alloy wheels, black leatherette seats, and a rearview camera. However, the engine remains unchanged. Let’s take a look at the full details.
What’s New?
The Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition comes with a special accessory package. Both the exterior and the cabin feature bronze-coloured detailing, giving the vehicle a distinct look compared to the standard Bolero. The company has made no changes to the engine or the mechanical setup.
This edition features bronze-themed accents on the front, bronze-finished alloy wheels, and more substantial cladding along the sides. It also includes roof rails, which add to the SUV’s rugged appearance.

Black Leatherette Seats and Rear-View Camera
The cabin of the new Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition has also been updated. It features black leatherette seats with bronze-coloured accents that complement the exterior bronze theme and give the interior a more premium feel.
Another notable feature in this edition is the rear-view camera. Since it can sometimes be difficult to see surroundings clearly when reversing a large, tall SUV, the camera proves helpful during parking.
Engine and Performance
As for the engine, Mahindra has made no changes in this new edition. The Bolero Bold Edition continues to be powered by the same 1,493 cc, three-cylinder mHawk75 turbo-diesel engine. This engine generates 76 PS of power at 3,600 rpm and a peak torque of 210 Nm between 1,600 and 2,200 rpm. It comes with a 60-litre fuel tank, which is advantageous for long-distance travel.
Safety Features
In terms of safety, it includes features such as ABS, dual front airbags, reverse parking sensors, and a front seatbelt reminder. The addition of a rear-view camera in the ‘Bold Edition’ provides extra assistance to the driver when parking.

Higher variants also offer features like power windows, central locking, remote locking, and a rear washer-wiper. Certain variants within the standard range are equipped with a 17.8 cm touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted audio controls, and a USB Type-C charging port.
Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition Price
Regarding pricing, Mahindra has not specified a separate cost for the ‘Bold Edition’ accessory package. The ex-showroom price for the Bolero range starts at ₹8.57 lakh for the B4 variant, while the B8 variant is priced at ₹9.99 lakh. The B6 variant is priced at ₹9.37 lakh, and the B6(O) variant is priced at ₹9.69 lakh.
