Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 Big Twist – Another big change is about to happen in the world of TV. Big news is coming regarding Smriti Irani’s ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’. The show, which made a comeback last year and topped the TRP charts, is now going to go off air. This show continued to rule people’s hearts for one year and three months, but now someone else is going to come in its place.
Tulsi’s departure, Apsara’s entry
Supernatural drama ‘Apsara’ is coming to replace Smriti Irani’s show ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’. Samiksha Jaiswal and Paras Kalnawat will be seen in lead roles in this show. The story of the show revolves around an Apsara who has the powers of her ancestors, and people are after her to acquire them.
What is the story of ‘Apsara’?
This show is inspired by the mythological story of Samudra Manthan. Amrit is still present in the story, and the responsibility of protecting it lies with the nymphs. Now the evil forces are eyeing the Amrit Kalash, and the Apsaras will have to fight to keep it from falling into the wrong hands. The first look of the show has also been revealed, which gives a glimpse of the Apsaras’ powers.
Samiksha Jaiswal is playing the character of ‘Sunhari’ in the show. They will have the dual challenge of protecting Amrit as well as keeping their loved ones safe. Anushka Merchante, Ada Khan, Avika Gaur, Mona Vasu and Purva Gokhale will also be seen in important roles in this show, being produced by Mukta Dhond.
What did Samiksha Jaiswal say?
Talking about her role, Samiksha Jaiswal told Times of India, “It is very exciting for me to play the character of an Apsara whose identity is not limited to her beauty alone. I play the character of Sunehri, who has got the huge responsibility of protecting Amrit from evil forces. At the same time, there are some people in her life whom she loves very much and wants to keep safe. What I find most interesting is how she juggles both these responsibilities.”
He further added, “Her courage, her emotions and her decisions are her true identity. She also feels scared and worries about her loved ones, but still she gathers courage and moves forward. This Apsara does not wait for any hero to come. She is the hero of her own story.”
When and where will you be able to see ‘Apsara’?
‘Apsara’ will start airing on Star Plus from October 21 at 10:30 pm. This show will replace ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ in this time slot. The show will also be available on Star Plus and JioHotstar.
So if we see, once again a big change is going to happen on TV. Now Apsara is coming to take Tulsi’s place. Now it remains to be seen how much the audience likes this supernatural saga.
