SBI Recruitment 2025: There is a golden opportunity to get a job in State Bank of India i.e. SBI. SBI has released recruitments for 273 posts. These jobs are to be for the posts of Manager Retail Products, FLC Counselors and FLC Directors. Vacancy

Among the recruitments released by SBI, the highest number of 263 vacancies are for the posts of FLC Counselors. After this, recruitments are to be done for 6 posts of FLC Directors, 04 posts of Manager Retail Products.

Who can apply

Different qualifications have been sought for different posts for the recruitments in SBI. For example, to apply for the post of Manager Retail Products, one must have an MBA, PGDM, PGPM or MMS degree from a recognized university. Similarly, one must have 5 years of experience in executive/supervisor/managerial role in retail banking. Retired officers from the bank can apply for the posts of FLC Counselor and FLC Director. As far as age limit is concerned, the minimum age of the candidates applying should be 28 years and maximum 40 years. Candidates from reserved categories will be given age relaxation as per rules.

Selection Process

Selection for these jobs in SBI will be based on shortlisting and interview. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of interview.

Salary

If someone is selected for the post of Manager Retail Products in SBI, then he will get a salary of ₹ 1,05,280 per month, FLC Counselors will get ₹ 50,000 per month, FLC Directors will get ₹ 75,000 per month.
