AIIMS NORCET-8 Exam 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences i.e. AIIMS, Delhi has released the notification for Nursing Officer Recruitment General Eligibility Test (NORCET)- 8 for the year 2025. Applications have been invited for recruitment to a total of 1794 posts of Nursing Officer. Candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website of AIIMS aiimsexams.ac.in till 17 March 2025. The application process starts from 24 February.
Most vacancies in Patna
Out of the total posts, AIIMS Patna has the highest number of 308 posts. It is also the only institute with 29 seats for Divyang candidates. There are 24 posts for women and 5 for men. At the same time, 300 posts are included in Central Armed Police Forces Institute of Medical Sciences (CAPFIMS), Maidangarhi and 202 posts in AIIMS New Delhi.
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for Nursing Officer Recruitment General Eligibility Test 2025 should have BSc (Hons) Nursing, BSc Nursing, Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or any State Nursing Council. At the same time, candidates with BSc Post-Certificate or Post-Basic BSc Nursing degree can also apply. The applicant should also be registered as a nurse with the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
Application Fee
The application fee for General / OBC category is Rs 3000 and the application fee for SC, ST and EWS category candidates is Rs 2400. At the same time, applicants of Divyang category are exempted from paying the application fee. Fee can be deposited through debit card, credit card or net banking.
