Indian Railways bumper recruitment: If you want to work in the railways, then the Sonpur Railway Division of Indian Railways has brought a special job for 10th pass candidates. With which you can stand on your own feet. Sonpur Railway Division has started recruitment in the vacancy named Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sevak post at 33 railway stations including Samastipur. This will provide convenience to both passengers and unemployed youth.

Will be deployed at 33 railway stations
The candidates selected in this recruitment will be given permission by the railways to issue ordinary tickets and platform tickets at their respective railway stations. The railways have decided to appoint ticket agents at a total of 33 railway stations including Shahpur Patori, Dalsinghsarai, Ujiarpur, Pusa, Vidyapatinagar, Mohiddinagar, Karpurigram in Samastipur district.
Apart from this, stations like Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Barauni, Begusarai, Khagaria, Sonpur, Navgachhiya, Mansi, Maheshkhunt, Semapur, Dighwara, Bachhwara, Kadhagola, Desari, Kursela, Mahanar Road, Lakhminia, Narayanpur, Garaul, Lakhon, Bhagwanpur, Teghra have also been included.
Earning can be made from every passenger
Railways has made it clear that these agents will have commission-based work. The selected candidates will get money at the rate of Rs 2 on every passenger ticket and Rs 5 on monthly season ticket. These agents will be given the responsibility of this post for 3 years and if their work is satisfactory, their tenure will be extended. Apart from this, if any kind of negligence is found in their work or the work is not found satisfactory, then they can be removed at any time.
10th pass can apply
Matriculation i.e. 10th pass youth can apply in this scheme. However, to start ticket booking work, they will have to bear the cost of their terminal equipment, CPU, keyboard, printer and network panel themselves. The responsibility of issuing platform tickets will also depend on these agents. Candidates who are interested in applying for these posts can submit their applications till 9th April. Please note that this application process will be completed through Sonpur Railway Division only.
