RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification
Graduate Apprentice: B.Com, BBA or a Graduation in any subject as per the trade from a recognised university.
Technician Apprentice: Engineering Diploma in a relevant subject.
Trade Apprentice: B.Sc/12th (with PCM) or ITI.

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Age Limit
The age limit for applying to this recruitment is 18 to 25 years. However, OBC, SC, ST and Divyang candidates will get relaxation as per rules.

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Training Period
Through this recruitment, the training period of the cadet will be from 12 to 24 months, during which the stipend will be ₹ 7,000 to ₹ 9,000 per month.

- First of all, go to www.rcfltd.com.
- Click on the Recruitment section.
- Now select the ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES 2025-26 link here.
- Read the notification carefully and then click on “I Accept”.
- Now go to the “Apply Online” tab and fill out the application form.
- Fill in all the information sought correctly.
- Upload passport-size colour photo (75 KB) and signature (25 KB) in jpg/jpeg format.
- After filling in all the details correctly, click on “Save/Submit”.
- Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a merit list, which will be prepared according to their educational qualification marks. After this, there will be a process of document verification.
