Monsoon Alert: The weather is once again changing in most parts of the country, including the Delhi-NCR region. While the monsoon has departed from many states, heavy rains have continued to wreak havoc in others. However, rain has once again begun in most parts of the country. Rain alerts have been issued in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and some mountainous areas. According to the IMD, the weather is expected to remain the same until October 7. Yellow Alert Issued in Delhi
A yellow alert has been issued for rain in Delhi-NCR today. The rain has brought relief to Delhiites from the humidity, but it has also got a slight drop in temperatures. Today, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 35°C, and the minimum temperature is expected to be 25 °C. The IMD has predicted a strong possibility of rain today and tomorrow.
Weather Conditions in UP and Bihar
Heavy rains are currently continuing in UP and Bihar. The rains have brought relief from the humidity. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in several districts of UP today and tomorrow. Western Uttar Pradesh may see more rainfall during this period than eastern Uttar Pradesh. A rain alert has been issued for 11 districts in Bihar today. According to the Meteorological Department, cloudy weather is expected in most districts of Bihar today. The IMD has issued a red alert for rain in Supaul, Araria, and Madhubani today.
Rain Warning in Rajasthan
Rajasthan is also expected to receive rain today. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in most parts of Rajasthan on October 5th. According to the IMD, this rainy spell is expected to continue for the next 3-4 days.
Rain Expected in Gujarat
Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in Dwarka, Jamnagar, Porbandar, Surat, Navsari, and Valsad districts of Gujarat on October 8th. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea for the next five days.
Rain Alert in Himachal
The Meteorological Centre, Shimla, issued an alert on Sunday regarding rain and hailstorms. Continuous rainfall is forecast in the state until October 8.
