New Delhi: The monsoon is still not active in Madhya Pradesh, and the outbreak of severe heat is being observed. From cities to villages, people are sweltering in the heat, where the temperature has exceeded 45 degrees Celsius in many places. From the capital Bhopal to all other areas, the heat has made life miserable. Over the last 24 hours, there has been no rain in any district of Madhya Pradesh.
The temperature level has dropped in almost all the districts of the Indore division. There is a possibility of a further drop in temperature. According to IMD, the temperature in Khar was the highest, recorded in Celsius, in Prithvipur, Niwari district. There is a hope of rain anywhere except in Burhanpur, Khandwa, and Khargone over the next 24 hours.
There is a possibility of a heatwave in Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, and Gwalior. Apart from these, heatwave warnings have been issued in Datia, Bhind, Morena, Panna, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, and Niwari.

According to the Meteorological Department, as there is no special system active in Madhya Pradesh at present, one can expect to experience the heat. Due to this, it is not raining, and a continuous increase in temperature is being observed. A heatwave alert was issued in Uttar Pradesh. The IMD expects similar weather conditions to persist for the next two days.

According to IMD, a temperature of 45.8 degrees has been recorded in Khajuraho (Chhatarpur) of Madhya Pradesh. Along with this, Tikamgarh has recorded 45.4 degrees, Gwalior/Narmadapuram/Sagar has recorded 45.2 degrees. Naugaon (Chhatarpur) has recorded 45 degrees, and Damoh has recorded 43.5 degrees.
The lowest temperature was recorded at Pachmarhi (Narmadapuram) at 21.4 degrees. Khargone has recorded 21.6 degrees, Amarkantak (Anuppur) has recorded 22.9 degrees, Khandwa has recorded 23 degrees, and Shivpuri has recorded 24 degrees.
