Republic Day 2025: India is ready to celebrate its 76th Republic Day. Every year on 2 January 26, India enthusiastically celebrates Republic Day. On this day, a grand parade is organized on the Kartavya Path of the capital, Delhi, where the country’s armed forces, cultural tableaux, and schoolchildren’s teams participate. This day is celebrated in memory of adopting the Indian Constitution in 1950.

Republic Day Parade will be held at India Gate on  January 2,6, i.e., Sunday morning. This year, Indonesian President Subianto Prabowo will be a part of the Republic Day celebrations. In this parade, apart from the tableaux of different states of the country, a glimpse of the valour and capability of the army will be seen. How to book tickets online 

– First of all, you have to visit the website https://aamantran.mod.gov.in/login.

– Book tickets for the Republic Day Parade and Beating Retreat Ceremony here.

After registering here, you must enter your mobile number and fill out the OTP you received on the phone.

– Now you have to choose the ticket you want to book. The price of the unreserved ticket has been fixed at Rs 20, and the reserved ticket is Rs 100.

– Now you have to pay, and the ticket will be confirmed.

You can also book tickets through the Aamantran Mobile App. However, tickets are limited in number, so do not delay booking them.

How to book tickets offline

The Ministry of Defense has opened counters for offline ticket booking at many places in New Delhi. The sale of tickets will continue until January 2,5 and will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can book tickets using a valid photo ID, such as an Aadhar card, panel card, voter ID card, passport, or driving license.

If you want to watch the Republic Day parade live from home, you can easily watch it on the official broadcaster DD National channel. You can also watch this parade live on government websites.
