Weather Update:- The mood of the weather is changing very fast across the country. There are about three days left until November ends. According to the Meteorological Department, many states will experience severe cold at the beginning of December.
IMD has issued an orange alert given heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Karaikal, Puducherry, Yanam and coastal Andhra Pradesh. A yellow warning has also been issued for heavy rains in Rayalaseema. Heavy rains are expected in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Puducherry from 28 to November 30.
IMD has warned that till November 29, dense fog will be seen in different areas of Himachal Pradesh in the late night and early morning. Apart from this, similar weather will prevail in Chandigarh, Haryana and Punjab till November 30, and similar weather will prevail in Uttar Pradesh till December 1.
In most places, dense fog has made the visibility absolutely zero. These days, Delhi NCR is also wrapped in a blanket of fog, due to which there is silence on the roads.
Apart from this, dense fog is also seen in UP, Bihar, and Haryana. The weather has become delightful due to rain in some parts of South India. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain with thunderstorms.
Delhi/NCR Weather Update
The sky is expected to remain transparent in Delhi and the National Capital Region. The surface wind will likely blow east at less than 4 km/h in the morning. Light sunshine is also seen in Delhi today, i.e. on November 28.
How will the weather be here?
According to the IMD, dense fog is expected in northern India. A new western disturbance will become active in the west Himalayan region from November 29. According to the Meteorological Department, dense fog may prevail in Himachal Pradesh till November 29, Uttar Pradesh till December 1, and Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana.
Heavy rain Alert
According to the Indian Meteorological Department, during the next 24 hours, heavy to hefty rains are expected on the Tamil Nadu coast. After this, the intensity of rain can be seen decreasing. Moderate to heavy rains are expected on the Kerala and Andhra Pradesh coast.
Light rain is expected in Lakshadweep and interior areas of Tamil Nadu. Light to moderate rains can be seen on the coast of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha after 24 hours.
