Bihar Rain Weather: Southwest monsoon has become active in all parts of Bihar, due to which heavy rain is also occurring at many places. While the rain has given relief to the people from the scorching heat, the pedestrians are facing problems due to waterlogging at some places. Due to torrential rains in many areas, the roads got waterlogged, due to which the pedestrians had to face traffic jams.

In some cities, water entered the houses and markets due to the blockage of drains. The next few hours are not going to be easy in Bihar. Today, rain was recorded at many places throughout the day, due to which the temperature dropped. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, an alert of heavy rain with thunder has been issued in many districts of Bihar. You can find below what kind of weather will be where.

Heavy rain warning in these districts

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert of heavy rain with thunder has been issued in East Champaran, Gopalganj, Patna, Jehanabad and Nalanda. Apart from these, a heavy rain warning has been issued in Kishanganj, West Champaran, Samastipur, Bhojpur and Gaya. Along with this, an orange alert has been issued for Arwal and Nawada districts. Talking about the next three hours, there is a possibility of heavy rain and thunderstorms. A yellow alert has also been issued for Supaul and Araria districts.

IMD Patna has also issued a big update. A  rain alert has been issued with thunder in Buxar, Kaimur, Bhojpur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Patna and Arwal. Apart from these, heavy rain may occur in Nalanda, Jehanabad, Gaya, Nawada, Sheikhpura and Begusarai.

There is a possibility of heavy rain in many areas of Khagaria, Munger, Jamui, Bhagalpur, Kishanganj and Banka districts. There may be heavy rain in Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Muzaffarpur, Supaul, Araria and Madhepura for two days. A yellow alert has been issued for the Saharsa, Samastipur, Purnia, and Katihar districts.
