New Delhi: The enemy has suffered heavy losses in the action taken against terrorist camps in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor. Pakistan is now slowly revealing its losses. If Pakistani media reports are to be believed, the Chinese air defence system HQ-9 has suffered much damage. According to reports, Pakistani air defence has suffered a significant loss in drone attacks.

Pakistan suffered huge losses in India’s attack.
Most of the weapons and technology Pakistan has are from China. China developed the HQ-9 by stealing the technology of Russia’s S-300 system and America’s Patriot system. China claimed that its range is 120–250kilometress. Along with this, a lot depends on the range and weight.
There are many variants: HQ-9a, HQ-9B, HQ-9BE. According to the Chinese claim, the air defence system intercepts cruise, aircraft and ballistic missiles. But this air defence system has been destroyed in drone attacks. China’s claim that this air defence system has AESA radar, multi-tracking and multi-target engagement capability has completely failed.
A continuously tense situation since April 22, 2025
For information, let us tell you that on April 22, 2025, terrorists shot down 26 tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, after asking about their religion. Pakistan was unanimously considered a conspirator in this incident in India.
