UP Monsoon Alert: Indra is being very kind to Uttar Pradesh these days. Somewhere, the rain has brought relief; somewhere, it has become a disaster. The situation has become so bad due to the rain that life has become difficult for the people. At many places, the pace of life has come to a standstill due to the rain. It has been raining continuously since midnight in all the districts of UP.

Now the situation has become so dire that the threat of flood has also started looming. People living on the banks of the rivers have started making arrangements for flood protection. Some relief camps have also started being built. If, for some reason, the flood water enters the houses, then people will spend their time staying in these camps. The camps will also be useful for valuables. The wrath of rain continues from eastern UP to the west. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in many districts. Heavy rain warning in these districts

According to IMD, heavy rains with thunder and lightning are expected in Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Hardoi, Farrukhabad and Saharanpur in UP. Apart from these, a heavy rain warning has been issued in Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Kasganj, Bijnor and Amroha.

IMD has issued a warning of heavy rain in Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur and Sambhal. Heavy rains are also expected in Badaun, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti and Kushinagar. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Maharajganj, Siddharth Nagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Kannauj, Kanpur Dehat and Kanpur Nagar.

Rain is expected with thunder and lightning in Unnao, Lucknow, Barabanki, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Hapur and Gautam Buddha Nagar. Heavy rain warning has been issued in Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Etah, and Mainpuri.

A flood is also expected.

Due to continuous rains in the state, there is a threat of flooding. The water level of the Ganga, Ramganga and Koshi has increased considerably. Ramganga has started eroding, causing a lot of damage to the land of farmers. Crops have also been cut and started flowing into the water of Ramganga. People living on the banks of the Ganga have now started moving to camps in safe places. There is no hope of getting relief from the rain in the next few hours.
