Rain warning in these states
The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains with thunderstorms in some parts of Karnataka, Kerala and Telangana in South India. Heavy rains may also come in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh. A warning has been issued for heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms at many places in the northeastern states of Sikkim, Manipur and Mizoram.
Rain can also be seen in Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Nagaland and Puducherry. There is a possibility of heavy rains along with strong winds here. The weather is expected to remain bad for the next 24 hours.

According to the IMD, there may be rains accompanied by thunderstorms in 21 districts of UP. An alert has been issued for rains accompanied by thunderstorms in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, and Fatehpur. Winds can also blow at 30 to 40 kilometres per hour here.
Apart from these, heavy rains in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar and Baghpat are possible. Along with this, rain may be in Meerut, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba and Jhansi. At the same time, rain can be seen as thunder and storms in Lalitpur.

According to IMD, rain can be seen with thunderstorms in almost all state districts. Heavy rain may be coming to Dhar, Indore, Ratlam, Ujjain, Chhindwara, and Seoni. Heavy rain alerts have also been issued in Mandla, Balaghat, Pandhurna, Betul, Harda, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone, and Agar. At the same time, heavy rain with thunderstorms may continue in Mandsaur, Neemuch, Guna, Ashoknagar and Shivpuri.
