Heavy rain alert in these districts of UP
According to the Indian Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain accompanied by lightning and thunder in the districts of UP: Ballia, Deoria, Basti, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharth Nagar, and Gonda. Apart from these, a warning of heavy rain has been issued in Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bareilly, Saharanpur and Bijnor.
There may be heavy rain in Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Pratapgarh, and Sonbhadra. Along with these, heavy rain is expected to continue in Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Basti and Kushinagar. A warning has also been issued for lightning, along with thunder.
There may be heavy rain in Shravasti, Amethi, Bahraich, Sitapur, Barabanki, Sultanpur and Ayodhya. A heavy rain warning has been issued for Ambedkar Nagar, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpa, nd Meerut. A heavy rain warning has also been issued in Agra, Firozabad, Etawah, and Auraiya.
