In some areas of the Northeast, the temperature level also dropped due to rain and thunderstorms. The scorching sun in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh has created a big problem, which has caused people to be upset—the Indian Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in 17 states.

Heavy rain alert in these states
According to the IMD, heavy rain is possible in many states of the country. An alert of heavy rain has also been issued in Bihar and Chhattisgarh. Jharkhand can also see the fierce form of rain and hailstorms. There is also a possibility of heavy rain in the southern states. Heatwave and humidity are expected to persist in Gujarat.
IMD has predicted heavy rains in many parts of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Telangana. The maximum temperature of Karnataka can also drop by up to 7.5 degrees. Many areas of Karnataka’s capital, Bengaluru, may receive rain accompanied by thunderstorms. Along with this, 97.8 mm rain can be seen in Yadadri-Bhuvangiri district of Telangana.
Rain in these areas of Madhya Pradesh
According to IMD, heavy rains are expected in many areas of Madhya Pradesh. A hailstorm in Khargone, Khandwa, Harda and Betul is also possible. Along with this, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and light rain in half of MP, including Gwalior-Jabalpur. There is a possibility of cloudy weather in Bhopa and, Indore.
Along with this, rain may be in 9 districts of Chhattisgarh. Thunderstorms in Surguja, Balrampur, Jashpur and Korba may accompany rain. Apart from these, there is a possibility of rain and hailstorms in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Dhamtari, Gariaband, and Kanker.
