Ingredients for Veg Maggi
Maggi packet
Tomato
Onion
Salt
Red chili powder
Pinch of turmeric
Mustard oil
Green chilies
Cabbage, carrot, peas, capsicum, coriander leaves (your favorite vegetable)
The right way to make Veg Maggi
First, cut the onion, tomato, cabbage, carrot, and green chilies into long pieces.
Now heat the pan and fry the green chillies in it by adding oil.
On the other hand, lightly cook Maggi in a vessel directly in water.
Now when the green chillies are fried, fry the onions in it.
Now mix peas in it and fry and then add small chopped cabbage in it and fry it well.
When everything is fried well, fry the tomatoes in it.
Now add all the spices, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, Maggi masala, chicken masala and mix everything well and cook.
Now add the boiled Maggi in it and fry till it becomes a little dry.
When everything is fried well, add coriander leaves in it and serve.
