Baghpat Accident – Scaffolding Collapse at Religious Festival, Over 50 Devotees trapped…

Baghpat Accident:- Heartbreaking news has come from Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh. There is news of a significant accident on the Nirvana Laddu festival of Lord Adinath in Baghpat. Here, the wooden scaffolding built in the Manastambh complex has collapsed. According to the information coming out, more than 50 devotees have been buried under it due to the collapse of the scaffolding. Due to this accident, there has been a stampede on the spot.

Chaos on the spot

According to the information received, this tragic accident happened on Gandhi Road in the Barot City Kotwali area. Due to this accident, many Jain devotees are soaked in blood. Due to the non-availability of the ambulance, the injured are being taken to the hospital in e-rickshaws. After receiving information about the accident, the Barot Kotwali Inspector reached the spot with the force.

The injured were taken to the hospital.

The police administration is conducting a rescue operation after the accident during the Nirvana of Lord Adinath festival in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, the injured are admitted to the hospital for treatment.

20 to 25 people injured
Baghpat Superintendent of Police Arpit Vijayvargiya described the entire incident. He said – “The watchtower fell during the Laddu Mahotsav program of the Jain community in Baraut. There are reports of about 20-25 people being injured in this incident. Out of these, 2-3 people are seriously injured, and their treatment is ongoing

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the accident in Baghpat district. He has directed the officials to reach the spot immediately. The Chief Minister has given instructions for proper treatment of the injured.
