Gold Price Today, 25 July 2026: Continuous fluctuations are being observed in gold prices; rates are alternately rising and falling. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the futures price for 24-carat gold was recorded at ₹143,066 per 10 grams—showing a rise of 0.17%—by the time the market closed on July 24. Since the MCX market remains closed on Saturdays, gold rates will not be released today.

In international markets, the price of gold stands at $4,055.70 per ounce. Additionally, according to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price was recorded at ₹142,757 per 10 grams at the close of the market on Friday. As the market remains closed on Saturdays and Sundays, this rate remains valid for both days. How much has gold appreciated in a week?

According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 999-purity gold was recorded at ₹141,159 per 10 grams on Friday, July 17. By the market close on July 24, the price of 24-carat gold was recorded at ₹143,781 per 10 grams. This indicates that gold has become dearer by ₹2,622 over the past week. It is worth noting that gold crossed the ₹2 lakh mark at the end of January; currently, it is trading approximately ₹60,000 per 10 grams below that peak.
