Gold Rate Today: On Monday, September 28, gold and silver prices fell significantly. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold fell by ₹4,065 to reach ₹1.48 lakh. How much did gold and silver prices drop in September?
So far in September (spanning 28 days), the price of gold has fallen by up to ₹8,000, while silver has become cheaper by ₹14,000. On August 31, gold was recorded at ₹1.56 lakh per 10 grams; it has now come down to ₹1.48 lakh. Similarly, the price of one kilogram of silver has dropped from ₹2.37 lakh to ₹2.23 lakh.

23-Carat Gold Rate
According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of gold with 995 purity has reached ₹147,455.
22-Carat Gold Rate
According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold (916 purity) has reached ₹135,612 per tola.
18-Carat Gold Rate

According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of one kilogram of silver has dropped by ₹9,158 to reach ₹223,192.
