WhatsApp : Apparently, WhatsApp is indeed testing yet another stupendous function for its Android app that allows clients to send motion with sound photos. This is now part of the new beta WhatsApp for Android version 2.25.22.29 incrementally released over Google Play Store, taking up to a few days before reaching all beta users. But, certainly, it is going to make photo-sharing in WhatsApp dynamic and interesting.
What are Motion Photos?
Motion photos are pictures with the capacity to record a few seconds before and after, with sounds before and after they actually click the picture. And like Apple’s popular Live Photos, this feature found its way in many Android smartphones, including “Samsung’s Motion Photos” and “Google’s Top Shot.” With WhatsApp support, people will be able to deliver such motion photos to other chat members, thus adding richer context to captured moments.

However, according to the reports by WABetaInfo, the added feature will add a button to the image selection screen that looks just like a play button inside a ring, along with a little circle. Upon tapping on this icon, the option to send photos as motion photos with minor video snippets alongside audio will be selected by the user. Motion photos, essentially, will be defined by WhatsApp as “an account of the moments before and after capturing the photo,” thus adding a rather outside nuance to common sharing.

The feature of motion pictures can be transferred only among those with the respective motion capabilities incorporated into their handsets. Nevertheless, there are still others who have received motion images even if some mobile phones do not capture such an image type.
