Vivo Y04s: Vivo has introduced a new affordable smartphone, Vivo Y04s, in Indonesia. Being a member of the Y-series series, the phone is equipped with long battery life, a speedy screen, and a robust build. Although it is an entry-level 4G phone, it is filled with lots of user-friendly features for everyday usage.

The Vivo Y04s features a 6.74-inch LCD screen that provides HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. It comes in 60Hz and 90Hz refresh rates, where users can switch for smoother scrolling. The screen also comes with up to 570 nits of brightness to ensure it remains readable even under the sun. It’s built to last with IP64 dust and water grade resistance and MIL-STD-810H shock protection certification. Its rear is designed with a Crystalline Matte finish that provides it with a premium look.
Sufficient performance with the expansion of storage
Under the hood, the Y04s is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset, accompanied by 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of onboard eMMC 5.1 storage. The phone also features an extra 4GB of virtual RAM and supports up to 1TB of extra storage through a microSD card. The setup has a smooth experience for regular chores such as browsing, social media, and video playback.
Straightforward camera settings for daily photography
The phone features a basic camera setup, which can be utilized normally. On the front, it features a 5-megapixel front camera. On the back, it features a dual camera system consisting of a 13-megapixel main camera and a QVGA sensor. They click good-quality pictures in proper light. The phone features Funtouch OS 14, based on the newest Android 14, which features a simple and clean user interface.
Big battery and practical connectivity options
One of the Vivo Y04’s achievements is the 6,000mAh monster battery that has 15W FlashCharge technology for quick charging. Connectivity options are dual SIM, Wi-Fi on 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB 2.0, OTG support, and FM radio. Security is provided by a side fingerprint sensor. The phone measures 167.30 x 76.95 x 8.19mm and weighs 202 grams.

Vivo Y04s is priced at IDR 1,399,000 or approximately $85 in Indonesia. It comes in two colors: Crystal Purple and Jade Green. Up to now, there has been no announcement yet from Vivo about whether or not this phone will be available in other countries.
